Job summary

Regency Pacific Management is seeking an Activities Assistant for a part-time role, Sunday through Tuesday, about five hours per day. You will provide and supervise enrichment activities to meet residents' physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs, while supporting the care team and residents' families in achieving their well-being.

You will work independently, relate positively to others, advocate for seniors, and must have a valid driver’s license and a private

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating activities for seniors or similar settings.
• Ability to work independently and with care teams.
• Demonstrated empathy and positive interaction with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident activities on a group and individual basis.
• Promote and follow the monthly schedule of activities.
• Document medical records regarding residents' attitude, participation level, etc., and attend care conferences.
• Report to the activities director.
