Job summary

Regency Pacific Management Weekend Coverage is a Must! An activities assistant provides and supervises enrichment opportunities to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs of each patient/resident.

You assist the care team and residents' families helping residents reach their highest potential. You will work independently, relate positively with others, advocate for the senior population, and possess a valid driver's license and private vehicle.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and relate positively with others.
• Experience advocating for the senior population is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and private vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident activities on a group and individual basis
• Promote and follow the monthly schedule of activities
• Document medical records regarding residents' attitude, participation level, etc., and attend care conferences
• Report to the activities director
