Pay starts at $16 - $17/hour, with opportunities to earn more based on experience.

As an Activities Assistant in Memory Care, you will create engaging experiences for residents, encouraging participation and fostering a vibrant community. We seek individuals who value working with older adults, lead with a big-picture mindset, and appreciate arts and wellness.

Current Opportunity:

• Full-Time: 9:30am to 5pm, with 12pm to 7:30pm every other Wednesday.
• Part-Time: 10am to 4:30pm, with 1:30pm to 7pm every other Tuesday.
• Every other weekend and holiday work required for both FT and PT roles.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience working with dementia or Alzheimer's is highly preferred.
• Experience in social or recreational programs is a plus.
• Energetic, personable, positive, and creative leadership style.
• Effective communication and active listening skills.
• Strong motivation skills to engage residents.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role.
