About the Role:

As an Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a variety of activities designed to promote socialization, engagement, and overall well‑being among our residents. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Developing and implementing activities programs, including games, arts and crafts, and entertainment
• Assisting with event planning and execution, such as weddings, birthday parties, and holiday celebrations
• Collaborating with our therapy team to develop individualized activity plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Providing one-on-one support and companionship to residents as needed
• Maintaining accurate records of resident activity participation and progress
