• Plan and implement activities such as arts and crafts, games and tournaments, music and entertainment, and outings.
• Assist with event planning and execution, including setup and cleanup for celebrations.
• Provide one-on-one support and companionship to residents as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of resident activity participation and progress.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop individualized activity plans.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all residents and staff.
