Responsibilities

• Leading Engagement Activities: Planning, organizing, and facilitating group events, one-on-one sessions, and celebrations.
• Building Connections: Encouraging participation and forming meaningful relationships with residents.
• Ensuring Safety & Comfort: Assisting residents to and from activities while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.
• Documenting & Assessing: Tracking activity participation, recording progress, and meeting guidelines.
• Collaborating with the Team: Supporting residents and teammates by stepping in wherever needed.
