Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational and social activities for residents, promoting a sense of community and socialization

• Develop and lead activities such as art classes, exercise programs, and games, tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of our patients

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address resident needs, preferences, and interests

• Maintain accurate records of activities and participant feedback to inform future program development

• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of department goals and objectives
