Job summary

Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing in Morristown, New Jersey, seeks a compassionate Recreation/Activities Aide to create engaging programs that support residents’ social, emotional, and physical well-being. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive activities calendar to ensure a diverse and engaging program for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address the social, emotional, and physical needs of residents
• Assist with creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents, including decorating common areas and planning special events
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and families to ensure a high level of satisfaction and care
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make necessary adjustments to ensure resident engagement and satisfaction
