Sprenger Health Care Systems in Avon Lake, OH seeks a dedicated activities coordinator to lead group programs, transport residents to activities, and help plan recreation events. The role promotes engagement among residents, staff, families and volunteers within a senior care setting.

Qualifying candidates have a high school diploma with 2+ years in patient activities or a related college degree and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• High School diploma and 2+ years of experience in a patient activities program in a health care setting; OR college degree in Recreation, Gerontology, Nursing Home Administration, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Occupational Therapy Assistant with a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in transporting residents to and from activities.
• Assist with planning and leadership of recreation programs.
• Promote facility programs to residents, staff, family and volunteers.
