Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to assist DoD and DON personnel with hardware, software, networks, and information systems.

The candidate will troubleshoot issues, support system upgrades, and ensure secure, reliable computing environments in a government setting. Responsibilities include desktop support, connectivity assistance, and collaboration with NMCI, ISSOs, and enterprise IT providers.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required.
• 3+ years in computer user support, help desk, or desktop support.
• Experience with DoD/DON or federal IT environments.
• Experience installing and supporting Windows-based systems and apps.
• Experience with cybersecurity basics and IA requirements.
• Experience coordinating with ISSOs or government IT leads.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance to Government personnel and contractors.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
• Assist with network connectivity, remote access, and authentication issues.
• Coordinate with NMCI and other government IT support for escalations.
• Support patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation.
