Job summary

CATHEXIS is seeking a Forward Deployed Lead to manage delivery across the SDLC for federal analytics projects in Tysons, VA. You will guide data scientists, engineers, and SMEs, ensuring secure, scalable solutions and strong client engagement.

The role emphasizes architectural leadership, cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and a disciplined delivery mindset with a focus on compliant, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Lead project teams providing technical delivery expertise.
• Translate business and customer requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience with IaaS/PaaS and major cloud providers.
• Engage stakeholders at executive levels and across teams.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, containers, and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client-facing POC for program status, escalations, and delivery decisions.
• Drive delivery excellence — retrospectives, improvements, and lessons learned.
• Communicate with stakeholders and write clear status updates for leadership.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewal conversations.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold a culture of disciplined delivery.
