Job summary

CATHEXIS is seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager to join the team. You will work directly with project teams and oversee the overall delivery and performance over the SDLC for the project, collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts to enable federal digital transformation.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a strong background in CS/EE/statistics, and at least 3 years of experience leading project teams for customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience leading project teams for customer solutions and delivery.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance; ability to maintain clearance eligibility for the contract duration.

Responsibilities

• Support Engagement Lead with project execution, including backlog creation and grooming, team task assignments and quality review.
• Thrive in an autonomous, empowering environment and deliver high-quality results.
• Champion delivery excellence—drive retrospectives, continuous improvement, and lessons learned across the delivery team.
