CATHEXIS seeks a Forward Deployed Team Lead to join our team in Redwood City, CA. You will oversee delivery across the SDLC for complex analytics projects for federal clients, coordinating data scientists, engineers, and SMEs to empower digital transformation while maintaining security and compliance.

Responsibilities span client-facing leadership, strategic delivery decisions, and driving continuous improvement; you will mentor staff, grow account relationships, and ensure on-time, scalable

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, Statistics or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years leading project teams and delivering customer solutions.
• Experience deploying apps on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in Python, TS/JavaScript, Java, Go, or C++.
• Experience with enterprise data environments and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Comfort with CI/CD, containers, cloud-native services, and IaC.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary client-facing POC for status, escalations, and delivery decisions.
• Lead delivery excellence and retrospectives across the team.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and executive briefings.
• Lead training and implementation events with customer teams.
• Identify expansion opportunities and ensure deployments support renewals.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold disciplined delivery.
