Job summary

Info-Matrix Corporation is seeking an on-site IT administrator to manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and related services within a secure, scalable hybrid environment. Initial training requires onsite for six weeks, after which onsite 2 days per week remain.

You will monitor logs, manage user accounts, implement security controls, automate with PowerShell, and coordinate with network and security teams while maintaining disaster recovery documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online and Azure AD.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of security controls, incident response, and compliance tooling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor server and application logs; investigate issues and manage support tickets.
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, and related cloud services.
• Support Active Directory forests, domains, and user environments; plan for growth.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security controls.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide cost-benefit recommendations.

Overview

• Supports enterprise messaging, collaboration, identity, and mobile device management environments.
  
• Provides advanced administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Active Directory, Intune, and related technologies.
  
• Responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor server and application logs, investigate issues, and manage support tickets.

• Maintain disaster recovery documentation, operational procedures, and server patching processes.

• Exchange Online mail flow management and hybrid connectivity troubleshooting.
  
• User mailbox provisioning, security group management, and OU administration.
  
• PowerShell scripting and automation development.
  
• Message tracing, log analysis, and Exchange Online Protection support.
  
• eDiscovery, litigation hold administration, and compliance support.
  
• Backup and recovery operations using Rubrik.
  
• Security incident investigation, including compromised accounts and anomalous login activity.
  
• DKIM key management and Microsoft Defender administration.
