Job summary

Solü Technology Partners is seeking an Active Directory/Microsoft 365 Engineer to join the IT/Enterprise User Services team and support on-premises and cloud-based messaging, collaboration, and device management. You will work with Exchange Online, Office 365, Intune, and Azure AD to ensure secure, reliable services for the court systems.

The role requires strong scripting, automation, and governance skills, with responsibilities across design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance for enterprise

Qualifications

• Knowledge of technologies used to maintain enterprise systems including Active Directory, DNS, Office 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, AD, Rubrik, and KnowBe4.

Responsibilities

• Monitors server, application logs and tickets queue for issues and responds appropriately.
• Designs, implements, and maintains cloud-based technology under the EUS SAi team, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Office 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Azure offerings currently implemented by the courts.
• Provides administration and support for the PACOURTS and UJSWEB forests and sub-domains. Develops strategic and operational plans for continual growth and evolving user requirements specific to the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts and Supreme Court user environments.
• Manages user IDs, third party access, and access security in the EUS server environment.
• Develops new processes and procedures for the 0365 & Azure environment as new features are researched, piloted, approved, and implemented. Works with the management team to ensure operational support is aligned with departmental goals.
• Assists in the research and recommendation for emerging technologies which would be tools for future cloud/server/application-based initiatives for enterprise implementation. Provides cost benefit analysis when recommending the technology.
• Manages incoming Domain Name System (DNS) requests in a timely manner. Coordinates server IP address changes, security policies, and DNS changes with Network Security.
• Develops, publishes, and maintains operating and disaster-recovery processes that align with current AOPC/IT standards and compliance with industry’s best practices.
• Manages the monthly server patching procedure through WSUS.

• Manage litigation holds, eDiscovery searches.
• Use Rubrik for recovery efforts.
• Investigate compromised accounts, track anomalous logins.
• Rotate DKIM keys.
• Configure, monitor, and release items from Microsoft Defender.
• Experience in Exchange Online and Active Directory.
