Job summary

The Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts seeks an Active Directory/Microsoft 365 Engineer to join the IT/Enterprise User Services team. The role focuses on advanced technical work supporting on-premises and cloud-based messaging, collaboration, and device management using Exchange Online, Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune.

The AOPC does not sponsor work visas. Telework may be available up to 2 days per week after training. Salary ranges from $61,926 to $75,020 with a maximum of $101,209.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Two years of IT experience in network operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies including AD, DNS, Office 365, Azure, and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Monitors server, application logs, and tickets queue and responds to issues.
• Designs, implements, and maintains cloud-based tech for Office 365, Exchange Online, and Azure.
• Provides administration and support for the PACOURTS and UJSWEB forests and sub-domains; develops plans for growth.
• Manages user IDs, third-party access, and access security in the EUS environment.
• Develops new processes for 365 & Azure and aligns with department goals.
• Researches emerging technologies and provides cost-benefit analyses.
• Manages DNS requests and coordinates changes with Network Security.
• Develops, publishes, and maintains operating and disaster-recovery processes.
• Manages monthly server patching via WSUS.
