Job summary

The Pennsylvania Courts seek an Active Directory/Microsoft 365 Engineer within IT/Enterprise User Services to manage on-premises and cloud messaging, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and related security and access controls.

You will monitor logs, implement cloud services, coordinate DNS/IP changes, and develop disaster-recovery procedures while working with cross‑functional teams; telework may be available up to 2 days per week after training.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology field.
• Two years of IT experience in network operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Office 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, AD, Rubrik, and KnowBe4.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise operating systems, applications, and best practices.
• Satisfactory criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors server, application logs, and tickets and responds accordingly.
• Designs, implements, and maintains cloud-based technology for Office 365, Exchange Online, and Azure.
• Provides administration and support for relevant forests and sub-domains.
• Develops plans for growth and evolving user requirements for Pennsylvania Courts environments.
• Manages user IDs, third‑party access, and access security in the EUS server environment.
