Inter Miami CF LLC is seeking energetic Activations Ambassadors to join the Event Operations Team for match days at Nu Stadium. This part-time role supports activation spaces, fan zones, and on-site partner needs, with responsibilities extending from setup to breakdown.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in sport/event management or related fields, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in sport management, event management, hospitality, business or related field.
• Comfortable interacting with fans, partners and club staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess reliable transportation to and from work for all matches.
• Ability to stand/move for 7+ hours in various outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early on match days to set up partner activation spaces across Fan Zone, terraces, suites and in-stadium locations.
• Serve as on-site support for partner staff and agencies with check-in, credentials, water/ice, and load-in/load-out.
• Uphold Fan Zone guidelines for giveaways, sampling and prohibited items.
• Break down and store all equipment after each match.
• Collaborate with Activation Lead and staff to ensure a quality match day experience for partners and fans.
• Work all Inter Miami CF home matches during the 2027 MLS Sprint Season and select partner events.

Join our Event Operations Team as an Activations Ambassador at Nu Stadium and help bring the brands behind Inter Miami CF to life on match day. Activation Associates build, run and break down the partner activations fans experience across Miami Freedom Park, from the Fan Zone and terraces to halftime moments on the pitch. This part-time role is built for early career professionals looking to gain hands on event operations experience in professional sports.

What You'll Do

• Arrive early on match days to set up partner activation spaces in the Fan Zone, terraces, suites and in-stadium locations.
• Serve as on-site support for partner staff and agencies with check-in, credentials, water and ice, and load-in/load-out.
• Uphold Fan Zone guidelines for giveaways, sampling and prohibited items in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
• Break down and store all equipment or activations after each match.
• Work with your Activation Lead and other staff members to ensure a quality match day experience for partners and fans.
• Available to work all Inter Miami CF home matches during the 2027 MLS Sprint Season and select partner events.
• All other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in sport management, event management, hospitality, business, marketing or related field.
• Highly proactive, reliable, adaptable, and motivated with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable interacting with fans, partners and club staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish a plus.
• Must possess reliable transportation to and from work for all matches.
• Ability to stand and move for 7+ hours at a time in various degrees of outdoor weather conditions, including but not limited to, heat or rain.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays.
