Advocate Health is seeking an Activation Planning Manager to lead operations and project teams in transforming hospital environments. The role focuses on optimizing patient flows, care model integration, educational initiatives, and standardizing workflows across departments.

Primarily remote with travel to project assignments, the position requires 7 years of experience in hospital planning, superb Excel/Word skills, and strong communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, Building & Construction or related field.
• Typically 7 years of experience in project management, planning or nursing with emphasis in hospital planning.
• Strong Excel and Word processing skills; good communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize new physical environments.
• Collaborate with Operations Improvement and project teams to test future state workflows.
• Optimize patient flows across departments and care models; standardize care environments.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure partnership and collaboration.
• Lead post-occupancy evaluations with department directors for lessons learned.
• Contribute to system-wide activation planning processes and related policy updates.
• Support department professional development and clinical operations impact assessments.
