Job summary

TheDesignGroup is seeking a remote Healthcare Planner with a passion for thought leadership to guide planning, design and documentation of healthcare projects. You’ll lead master planning, programming, and schematic design phases, while partnering with DG and clients to apply best practices.

You’ll act as an account manager for select clients, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, traveling monthly to Ohio to support project work.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect highly preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare programming/planning/design with ability to develop facility programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project from master plan through design development.
• Perform facility programming/planning activities.
• Coordinate existing conditions assessment and code research.
• Develop master plan options and phasing.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and design input meetings.
• Support cost estimates, schedules, and data standards.
