You’ll own the process from outreach to activation, guiding onboarding and resolving blockers to get merchants live. The role rewards high activity and clear monthly targets, with success measured by how many merchants go live, not meetings booked.

Qualifications

• Experience speaking with business owners and proactively reaching out throughout the day.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage a large pipeline of merchants.
• Comfortable learning new software and explaining technology in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Own the activation process from initial outreach through live activation.
• Identify opportunities for merchants to expand across channels (marketplaces & direct e-commerce).
• Guide onboarding and resolve onboarding issues to prevent blockers.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals and drive measurable results.
