Job summary

Semper Valens Solutions seeks an Action Officer - Level II at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to provide administrative and program support in a fast-paced environment. You will develop briefing materials, create graphs and charts, and coordinate scheduling, travel, and office supplies.

The role requires at least three years of Action Officer experience, a Bachelor's degree (or four additional years of related experience in lieu), and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of Action Officer experience.
• Bachelor's Degree; substitutions: Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degree.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Experience providing comprehensive administrative and program support within a fast-paced program office.
• Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and tracking official documentation, including suspense reports, meeting notes, and action items.
• Development of briefing materials, creation of data visualizations (graphs/charts), and coordination of daily office activities such as scheduling, travel, and supplies.
• Day-to-day operational support for the office, such as facilitating meetings by managing audio‑visual systems and executing routine administrative tasks.
