Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions team in Chantilly, VA seeks an Action Officer to coordinate Director's Action Group tasks, track actions, and maintain critical communications with customers and stakeholders. You will ensure timely completion of TIER actions, support engineering committees, and help develop standard operating procedures.

The role requires TS/SCI Poly clearance, 10+ years in government/DoD/IC contexts, and a Bachelor's degree where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Current TS/SCI Poly clearance required for this position.
• 10+ years of experience in Government, IC, or DoD contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide DAG support, calendar management, and executive communications.
• Draft and review internal/external correspondence for accuracy.
• Coordinate presentations for audiences up to Customer level with QA control.
• Support IPTs, committees, and task forces; track and report action items.
• Manage TIER actions, develop SOPs, and generate metrics for leadership.
