Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an Action Officer at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role supports a fast-paced program office with responsibilities for administrative tasks, suspense documentation, and leadership briefing materials.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years as an Action Officer, a bachelor's degree (or 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of degree), and the ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of Action Officer experience.
• Bachelor's Degree; substitutions: Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degree.
• Secret Clearance or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and program support within a fast-paced program office.
• Prepare, review, and track official documentation (suspense reports, meeting notes, action items).
• Develop briefing materials, create data visualizations (graphs/charts), and coordinate daily office activities such as scheduling, travel, and supplies.
• Facilitate meetings by managing audio-visual systems and execute routine administrative tasks.
