This full-time role requires clinical leadership and the ability to supervise an ACT team on a daily basis. You will ensure Medicaid, CARF, and agency standards compliance, monitor program outcomes, and provide direct services, crisis intervention, and on-call coverage as needed to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Current Michigan licensure as LMSW, LPC, or LP.
• Minimum two years of direct behavioral health services experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to provide community-based services within a 45-minute radius of Jackson.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical leadership and daily supervision and oversight of the ACT team.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the ACT program.
• Ensures compliance with Medicaid, CARF, and agency standards.
• Monitors program performance and outcomes.
• Reviews productivity, documentation, and service delivery.
• Provides direct clinical services, crisis intervention, consultation, hospitalization support, and on-call coverage as needed to maintain continuity of care and meet program needs.
