Qualifications

• Must have a valid Chauffeur’s license and meet agency driving eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders required.
• Experience in a community mental health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-social assessments and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the ACT team and other community providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical consultation as needed.
