Job summary

CNS Healthcare in Michigan is seeking an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Supervisor to lead day-to-day ACT operations and mentor a multidisciplinary team delivering community-based mental health services for adults with serious mental illness.

You will ensure compliance with the MDHHS Medical Manual, provider contracts, and quality standards, while coordinating team meetings, supervising staff, and maintaining productive field work in homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• QMHP with required degrees and licensure.
• At least 2 years post‑degree clinical experience with adults with serious mental illness.
• Ability to participate in MDHHS‑approved ACT training within 6 months of hire.
• HIPAA knowledge and compliance experience.
• Cultural competency and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day supervision of ACT team operations.
• Ensure ACT program and MDHHS Manual compliance and reporting.
• Lead team meetings, supervision, and staff development.
• Deliver direct services in the community as needed.
• Maintain productivity and documentation standards for staff.
• Travel off‑site for programming opportunities and meetings.
