Job summary

Kenneth Young Center, located in Arlington Heights, IL, is seeking a Program Assistant to support the ACT team with administrative coordination, scheduling, and data entry in the electronic medical records system. The role requires attention to detail and strong communication with team members and external partners.

The position is based in-office with potential for remote work after onboarding, and involves travel between local KY Centers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a direct service program.
Experience with electronic medical record systems.
Customer service experience; administrative coordination.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry.

Responsibilities

Act as primary administrative and coordination support to ACT leaders.
Attend daily meetings, take minutes, update client records, and communicate scheduling information.
Enter progress notes into the EHR to bill for services and maintain fidelity.
Maintain team calendars and update scheduling across Outlook.
Coordinate with program staff on referrals, eligibility, and benefits.
