Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent administrative experience in direct service programs.
• Experience with electronic medical records and data entry workflows.
• Strong customer service and administrative coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary administrative and coordination support to ACT leadership.
• Attend daily meetings, take notes, update client records, and relay scheduling information.
• Enter progress notes into EMR for billing and fidelity needs.
• Assist with calendar management and team communication workflows.
• Support staff with mail processing, data entry, and document handling.
