This full-time position located at 34 Park Street offers a Monday–Friday schedule with standard business hours and a focus on high-quality community-based care.

Responsibilities include caseload management, clinical assessments, documentation, and training to issue

Responsibilities

• Manages an assigned caseload of clients, conducts clinical assessments, and completes all required documentation.
• Obtains and maintains training necessary to issue Emergency Certificates in the community, ensuring clients can be evaluated in the Emergency Department when they present a risk of harm to themselves or others, or when experiencing grave disability.
