CHR in Enfield, CT is hiring a Clinical Program Director for the Assertive Community Treatment Team. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position serves adults with serious mental illness, leading clinical direction and ensuring services align with client needs.

The role oversees staff hiring, training, performance, reporting, and compliance, participates in meetings, and collaborates across teams to improve quality and outcomes. On-call coverage is required as needed.

Formación

• Master’s degree in mental health related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Clinician. Two years of clinical supervisory experience or management in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist required in CT; LADC substitution in some programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provides clinical direction and leadership within the Team.
• Oversees hiring, training, and performance management of staff within the program.
• Ensures client, program and agency documentation is completed timely and according to standards.
• Participates in internal and external meetings as needed by program and agency.
• Ensures compliance with regulating bodies.
• Maintains program budgets and productivity expectations.
