Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an experienced ACT Program Manager in Rockville, MD. You will oversee Assertive Community Treatment Team services, ensuring high fidelity and quality care while managing staff and resources.

This leadership role requires a Master's in a mental health field, Maryland licensure, and a track record of supervising teams and managing budgets. You will collaborate with community agencies and coordinate admissions, discharge, and clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and Maryland license in a mental health profession is required.
• At least three years of experience working with adults with chronic mental illness.
• Experience supervising staff and managing program budgets.
• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or related field.
• License in a Mental Health Profession in the State of Maryland required.
• One to six months OJT required for efficient job performance.
• Two years of supervisory experience; valid driver’s license; clean driving record; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, and train staff; perform evaluations and disciplinary actions as required.
• Direct day-to-day clinical operations, scheduling, and adherence to policies.
• Lead meetings to ensure client needs are met and intensity of contact matches needs.
• Direct admission and discharge processes and assign clients to team members.
• Provide clinical supervision and weekly supervision of all staff.
• Review services quantity/quality and documentation.
• Perform crisis intervention as necessary.
• Ensure documentation meets accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with Core Service Agency and community organizations to procure resources.
• Monitor medications and health concerns for ACT clients.
• Monitor budget and grant expenditures.
• Maintain high fidelity to ACT Model of Care.
• Ensure ACT Office operates efficiently and is well maintained.
• Develop departmental policies as required.
