Job summary

Cornerstone in Montgomery County is seeking a Registered Nurse to join an Assertive Community Treatment team. You will coordinate somatic and behavioral health care, visit clients in the community, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group.

The position requires 1-2 years in mental health or addictions treatment, a Maryland RN license, a valid driver's license, and access to a personal vehicle for local travel. This full-time role offers generous benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN licensure required.
• One to two years of experience in mental health and/or addictions treatment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel locally (local travel required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate somatic & behavioral health care through communication with internal & external providers.
• Collect vitals, coordinate with internal and external providers, administer medication and provide assertive case management.
• Advocate for services and support on behalf of all assigned clients; work as part of an ACT team.
