Job summary

Bay Area Community Services (BACS) seeks an ACT Program Manager to lead an interdisciplinary team delivering Full Service Partnership services in Fairfield, Solano County. The role oversees clinical operations, fiscal management, and quality improvement with a patient-centered, wraparound approach.

The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician (LCSW/LMFT) with post-licensure experience and proven revenue management for government-funded mental health programs.

Qualifications

• LCSW/LMFT with 2 years post-licensure and BBS registration in good standing.
• Two years’ experience post-licensure in a behavioral science field.
• Three years of administrative, direct service, and leadership skills in community mental health.
• At least one year managing a behavioral/mental health team.
• Revenue and expense responsibility for government contract funded mental health services.
• Ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams toward a common goal.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a community-based program that provides FSP services including therapy, case management, medication management, employment support, housing linkage to those struggling to manage Severe Mental Illness (SMI).
• Meet clients where they are to implement consumer-centered services that are needs-driven, strengths-based, and culturally relevant.
• Manage the flow of referrals, intakes, and discharges of participants and ensures accessibility and welcoming of all people.
• Be an available and engaged manager, supervise staff including hiring, training, clinical oversight, and performance evaluations.
• Provide individual and group supervision to interns collecting clinical experience and hours.
• Constantly challenge the status quo and look for opportunities for continuous quality improvement and implement systems for CQI.
• Assure that services are provided in compliance with all funders, including documentation, grant management, presentations, and reports.
• Communicate effectively and conscientiously utilizing strength-based language and philosophy throughout all aspects of program management and supervision.
• Other duties as required.
