Job summary

Network180 seeks a Registered Nurse for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will provide direct care and coordinate services for clients with serious mental illness and substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• RN degree and Michigan RN license.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for client transport.
• Knowledge of biological factors in mental illness and psychiatric medications.
• Understanding of privacy laws and HIPAA.
• Proficient computer skills including data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support for clients with serious mental illness and substance use disorders for the ACT team.
• Travel within the community on a daily basis and participate in on-call rotation.
• Work in-person, 40 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
