Job summary

Network180 in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an ACT Therapist to deliver trauma-informed ACT therapy, develop individualized service plans, and monitor client progress. The role requires coordinating with a multidisciplinary team and traveling within the community to support clients in the Assertive Community Treatment program.

The position is full-time, typically 8am–5pm, with some evenings/weekends and rotating on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, LMFT/LCPC/LP or Psychologist license (or able to obtain within 3 months).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client transport and field visits.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, trauma- and recovery-focused ACT therapy to clients.
• Develop Individual Plan of Service and coordinate services within ACT model.
• Travel within the community daily and provide in-person services at the ACT location.
