Job summary

Central Kansas Mental Health Center (CKMHC) seeks an ACT Clinician in Salina to provide therapy and substance use interventions within the ACT Team. You will assess, plan, and deliver services in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Licensed or eligible Kansas professionals (LPC/LMLP/LCSW/LMFT/etc.) join a 12-month, exempt, full-time role focused on crisis services, outreach, and community partnerships. Travel to outreach sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kansas as a listed professional.
• Ability to work in a team and with diverse populations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.
• Knowledge of local human services systems and current licensure policies.
• Judgment, conflict resolution, and mature professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Awareness ofCenter policies on privacy and confidentiality.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and substance use interventions in individual and group settings.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans from clinical assessments.
• Provide after-hours on-call and 24/7 crisis services as needed.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy and related services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and utilization reviews.
• Collaborate with family, law enforcement, and community partners.
• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy policies.
• Attend scheduled meetings and participate in community outreach.
