SEKMHC is seeking an ACT Team Lead in Kansas to coordinate services across Fort Scott, Chanute, and Iola. The role includes supervising staff, managing documentation and treatment planning, and ensuring compliance with policies while engaging high-need patients.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or five years of equivalent education/experience.
• QMHP preferred; background checks required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass state checks (KBI, DCF) and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Oversee staff, documentation, finances, treatment, program planning, and target setting for the assigned team.
• Provide Evidence-Based Practices training to newly hired staff and update current team members.
• Consult with teams on patient issues while ensuring policies are followed.
• Review goals with the Director of Adult Services and develop plans to meet them.
• Coordinate Targeted Case Management and ensure timely treatment planning and reporting.
