Job summary

Renters Warehouse LLC in Mavel, TX is seeking an Acquisitions Field Coordinator to lead onsite inspections and pre-acquisition activities for an aggressive investment pipeline. You will use AI inspection software to define scopes, assess risks, and support underwriting and negotiations while coordinating with the acquisitions and construction teams.

You will conduct pre-closing walkthroughs, document conditions, and ensure timely vendor walkthroughs to secure pricing and project timelines.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in residential construction or rehab, preferably single-family homes.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions year-round.
Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for photos, documentation, and navigation.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough onsite evaluations of potential acquisitions using AI inspection software to define project scope and risks.
Deliver clear scopes of work to the acquisitions team to support negotiations and due diligence.
Perform final walkthroughs before closing and document property condition.
Lead pre-construction walkthroughs with vendors to verify scope and pricing.
Coordinate weather-related risk assessments and vendor walkthroughs to meet timelines.
