Job summary

RENOSY by Renters Warehouse in Mavel, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Acquisitions Field Coordinator to spearhead the inspection and pre-acquisition phases of our property pipeline. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in residential construction or rehab, preferably single-family homes.
Familiarity with residential building components (HVAC shutoffs, water lines, breakers, etc.).
Experience with light labor or small tool usage.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to emergency or storm-related needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct onsite evaluations using AI inspection software to define project scope and identify risks.
Deliver clear scopes of work to acquisitions team to support negotiations and due diligence.
Perform final walkthroughs before closing to verify vacancy and condition.
Complete inspections after major weather events and report damages.
Lead pre-construction walkthroughs with vendors to verify scope and pricing.
