What a Typical Day Could Look Like

As the Acquisitions Analyst, you'll play a key role in Kairoi’s growth by providing essential analytical and due diligence support. You’ll underwrite new investment opportunities, conduct market research, and collaborate with the asset management team to ensure financial data integrity. You are the Data Pro!

• Team up with the investment crew to manage and expand powerful databases that uncover new, game-changing investment opportunities!
• Dive deep into demographic, economic, and market data, transforming insights into strategic, high-impact recommendations.
• Take charge of due diligence—conducting in-depth research, building financial models, and jumping into crucial meetings, with travel opportunities when needed.

You are the Closing Specialist!

• You’ll assist with the closing process of acquisitions and asset dispositions, mastering deal structuring, agreements, and financial reviews.
• You will also act as a liaison with owners, legal counsel, and contractors, ensuring seamless transactions.
• Support asset managers by preparing detailed investment reports, budgets, and business plans—while also participating in investor calls and working closely with property operations to achieve strong results.

Requirements

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions or investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance and investment principles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
