The primary responsibility of the Analyst is to assist the Acquisitions team in the preparation of detailed economic analyses of potential industrial acquisition, joint venture, and/or development opportunities in various target markets. The Analyst should have strong investment acumen and excel in a fast-paced environment. They should be confident in working independently to ‘dig in’ to markets with insightful takeaways and reports back to the team.
Four-year college or university degree required with one to two years related work experience.
Compensation for this role is expected to be in the range of $80,000 - $100,000. Actual base salary and bonus will be determined by several components, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills and qualifications, base salary of internal peers, and geographic location.Final compensation will be based upon the candidate’s overall experience and ability to meet the goals for the client.The Company is prepared to offer a competitive compensation package.
