Job summary

RFP Homes in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Single-Family Acquisitions Agent to source and negotiate off-market and value-add investment properties in the rapidly growing Texas market. This is not entry-level; candidates should have 3+ years in traditional residential real estate, wholesale acquisitions, or single-family investment real estate, with active experience as fix & flip or rental investor.

You will work in person in Fort Worth, access our CRM, underwriting tools, and leadership

Qualifications

• Active experience as fix & flip or rental property investor.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate off-market and value-add single-family investment properties.
• Build relationships with wholesalers, real estate agents, investors, property owners and other industry professionals.
• Use proprietary CRM, market data, underwriting tools, proven acquisition processes, experienced leadership and one of the strongest investment sales teams in Texas.
• Collaborate with investor sales team to maximize execution so you can stay focused on sourcing opportunities.

Our new Fort Worth office is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Single-Family Acquisitions Agent to help build our presence in one of the fastest-growing investment real estate markets in Texas.

This is not an entry-level opportunity. Please only apply if you have one or more of the following:

• 3+ years as a Traditional Residential Real Estate Agent
• 3+ years as a Wholesale Acquisitions Agent
• 3+ years in Single-Family Investment Real Estate
• Active experience as a Fix & Flip or Rental Property Investor

At RFP Homes, you'll source and negotiate off‑market and value‑add single‑family investment properties by building relationships with wholesalers, real estate agents, investors, property owners, and other industry professionals throughout DFW.

We're not looking for someone to simply fill a seat. We're looking for someone who wants to help build the Fort Worth market alongside our leadership team.

You’ll have access to our proprietary CRM, market data, underwriting tools, proven acquisition processes, experienced leadership, and one of the strongest investment sales teams in Texas. Once you secure a deal, our investor sales team helps maximize execution so you can stay focused on sourcing opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant real estate experience
• Strong understanding of investment property analysis and negotiations
• Full‑time, in‑person role based in Fort Worth

This is a 100% commission opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Top‑performing Acquisitions Agents can earn $400,000+ annually.
