Job summary

Everforth ECS in Orlando, FL, seeks an Acquisition Support Journeyman to assist government program offices with planning, documentation, and execution of acquisition actions for TADSS development and fielding.

You will help prepare SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs, market research, and CD R Ls, and collaborate with contracting teams to ensure compliant procurements. This role requires an active Secret clearance and familiarity with DTS.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in acquisition or program support roles.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and DTS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support full acquisition lifecycle for Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS).
• Prepare and staff SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs, market research docs, acquisition strategies, and CD R L s.
• Track contract actions, modifications, and deliverables; coordinate with contracting offices and technical teams.
• Support evaluations of technical, management, and cost proposals per criteria; assist with funding docs and milestones.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, test engineers, logisticians, financial analysts, and leadership to ensure compliant acquisitions.
