Everforth ECS is seeking an Acquisition Support Journeyman in Orlando, FL to provide acquisition and programmatic support for TADSS efforts. Key duties include preparing SOWs/PWSs, coordinating travel, staff movements, and maintaining timecards in a fast-paced environment.

The role collaborates with engineers, logisticians, and leadership to ensure compliant, well-documented procurements that align with cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS)

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate preparation, receipt, coordination, staffing and distribution of correspondence, rosters, materials and briefings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and submission of travel orders and vouchers in the DTS system.
• Appointment scheduling, calendar maintenance, and timecard administration.
• Support acquisition documentation development such as SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs, and market research.
• Track contract actions, modifications, and coordinate with contracting offices and technical teams.
