Diego Cervantes - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated Agent Team Member in Missouri City, TX. The role focuses on providing customer service for State Farm insurance and financial products, educating clients on options, and developing leads to meet marketing goals.

Candidates should have sales experience, strong communication skills, and be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license. This on-site position offers hourly pay plus commission and PTO.

Position Overview

Location Address: 4899 Highway 6 Ste 115F Missouri City, TX 77459 M-F 9pm to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

• Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
