April Welch Insurance Agency, Inc. in Lakewood & Greenwood Village, CO seeks an Acquisitions Specialist to engage prospects via calls, emails, and community outreach, building a robust new-business pipeline across the Denver area.

You’ll schedule follow-ups, coordinate outreach strategies with the team, track activities, and ensure compliance while turning conversations into confident customer decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
• Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
