Jamie Morgan State Farm – Cypress, TX is seeking a Bilingual Sales & Service Insurance Representative to join our growing team. This in-office role requires building relationships, helping customers, and growing the agency through consultative sales.

The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and goal-oriented, comfortable communicating with customers in English and Spanish. Licenses are preferred and training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Must obtain required licenses before starting
• Insurance sales or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell and service State Farm insurance products (Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Financial Services)
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Assist with questions, policy changes, renewals, and coverage needs
• Follow up with leads, referrals, prospects, and existing customers
• Identify coverage gaps and opportunities to better protect customers

WHAT YOU'LL DO
