Jamie Morgan State Farm in Cypress, TX, is seeking a Bilingual Sales & Service Insurance Representative to join our team. This in-office role focuses on building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and selling insurance products to help clients protect what matters most.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, goal-oriented, and comfortable discussing coverage with customers in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred.
Experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Sell and service State Farm insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Financial Services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Assist customers with questions, policy changes, renewals, and coverage needs.
Follow up with leads, referrals, prospects, and existing customers.
Identify coverage gaps and opportunities to better protect customers.
Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage.
Make outbound calls and develop new business opportunities.
Cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Help retain customers through responsive service and consistent follow-up.
Meet and exceed individual and agency sales and service goals.
Maintain accurate customer records and activity.
Provide professional, knowledgeable, and responsive customer service.
