Job summary

MANTECH in El Segundo, CA seeks a motivated Acquisition Security Analyst I to join its team on site. You will help the Government Program Manager develop and implement program protection methodologies to protect advanced technology programs throughout the system's lifecycle.

Responsibilities include identifying CPI/CSR, implementing countermeasures, risk-based program protection plans, security guidance for collateral, SAPs, and Air Force processes, and preparing key security documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience in a similar field.
• 4+ years supporting acquisition programs, including 2+ years with SCI/SAR.
• Familiar with government security policies, ICDs, JAFANs, or DoD guidelines.
• Strong understanding of DD Form 254 and its role in Air Force acquisitions.
• Knowledge of CUI markings, classifications and distribution statements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lifecycle program analysis to identify CPI, CSR, and vulnerabilities.
• Identify and implement countermeasures to mitigate risks.
• Develop risk management-based program protection plans and security frameworks.
• Provide security support to collateral, SAPs, and emerging mission areas.
• Deliver security recommendations to Program Managers and security authorities.
• Maintain relationships to standardize DD Form 254 usage across lifecycles.
• Prepare and edit Security Classification Guides, SOPs, and OPSEC plans.
